CHARACTERISTICS:

LOCTITE 55 is a small multi-fiber nylon tape that can be used to seal any threaded fitting (up to 6”) in plastic or metal.

Replaces pastes, hemp and sealing tapes.

Certified by DVGW, BS (British Gas), and IMQ in compliance with UNI EN 751-2 (cold and hot water up to 130°C, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd family gases, gaseous LPG). KTW, WRC, and CSA for drinking water. BAM certified for gaseous oxygen at 60°C and 20 bar.

Suitable for contact with drinking water according to Ministerial Decree 174/2004.
