3/4" Extensible Flexible Steel Hose 200/400mm - for Water and Gas - 60202

CHARACTERISTICS:

Flexible gas hose kit 4 m. 3/4' stainless steel with 4 self-flaring female fittings UNI EN 15266. Complete uniroll 3/4' kit for gas, yellow coated CSST UNI EN 15266 max 0.5 bar. PLT-CSST pliable corrugated hose system in 316L stainless steel covered with yellow protective coating for the transport of gas compliant with UNI EN 15266:2007 - UNI/TS 11340 regulations.

The Uniroll PLT-CSST (corrugated stainless steel tubing) covered “pipe system (kit)” is certified and compliant with the European standard UNI EN 15266:2007 in all its components, requiring no intervention by the installer to create the sealing components (flaring), as required in point 3.2 of the reference standard. It also complies with the UNI/TS 11340 technical specification relating to the installation of CSST pipes, where point 4.3.4 requires that the seal be guaranteed metal-to-metal. Covered CSST pipes are suitable for the construction of systems for domestic and similar use, for users with a single nominal thermal input not exceeding 35kW that use first-family gas (town gas), second-family gas (natural gas: methane), and third-family gas (LPG). In the “naked” version, the pipes are suitable for the transport of drinking water, in compliance with decree no. 174 of 06/04/2004.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS VALID FOR BOTH COVERED AND BARE PIPE:

Cut to the desired L shape and remove approximately 2.5 cm of protective sheath from both sides, where present.
Insert the appropriate nut and position the preformed cheek on the second wave of the corrugated pipe. Bring the nut into contact with the preformed cheek and insert the appropriate metal gasket.
Connect to the system or to a nipple with a flat stop and tighten so that the flare deformation of the corrugated pipe creates a seal between the two rings.
Use the supplied adhesive tape, resistant up to 105°C, to seal the metal parts. To prevent corrosion and damage, apply a double layer of the tape.

CERTIFICATIONS:

The Uniroll covered tube system is certified and compliant with the UNI EN 15266:2007 standard, which establishes all the necessary requirements for certification: design, materials, testing, manufacturing, and marking. It is important to note that the "entire system" complies with the aforementioned reference standard, particularly point 3.2, which specifically specifies: "Pliable tubes with their related components obtained or specified by a manufacturing source responsible for the design and performance of the kit." This performance must therefore be guaranteed without the operator having to manually intervene in the formation of the sealing elements; for this reason, Uniroll is "self-sealing." The UNI EN 15266 standard also requires the manufacturer to continuously monitor the entire production process to ensure consistent product quality. Furthermore, it is certified under the ISO:9001 quality system. In the "bare" version, the pipes are suitable for transporting drinking water, in compliance with Decree No. 174 of 06/04/2004. Different regulations and installation methods govern the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of gas systems for domestic and similar use. These systems must be constructed or modified at all stages in a safe and reliable manner, prioritizing the safety of people, animals, and property, as well as protecting their environment, by competent personnel with the appropriate knowledge and experience. In the specific case of systems constructed with the CSST uniroll pipe system, the main reference standards are the following:
UNI EN 15266:2007 is the product standard that establishes the parameters for the design, production, and certification of the entire CSST pipe system.
UNI/TS 11340.2009 is the installation standard which, applied in accordance with the UNI 7129 and UNI 7131 standards, establishes the installation and use methods of CSST pipe systems.

Upon completion of the work, the installation company, after conducting all the checks required by current regulations, must issue the client with a declaration of system conformity, citing the two previously mentioned standards. The uniroll system's coated CSST gas pipes can be installed in various ways: exposed, buried, concealed, in channels, or recessed, both inside and outside single-family or multi-family buildings. All installation methods must comply with all the criteria, recommendations, and limitations set forth in the reference technical specification UNI/TS 11340, the general installation standards for gas systems UNI 7129 and UNI 7131, and any local regulations.
