100% solid cartridge molecular sieve

USE: The 100% molecular sieve solid cartridge filter driers have been designed to operate with fluids classified by Article 9, point 2.2 of the PED Directive 97/23/EC as belonging to Group II, i.e. non-toxic, non-flammable and non-explosive fluids; this macro Group also includes refrigerants, belonging to Group L1 according to the classification of the EN 378-1:2008 standard and listed in Appendix E of the standard itself. These filter driers are particularly suitable for HFC fluids and POE, PAG oils.

CONSTRUCTION : The body and head are made of UNI EN 10130 – FeP04 steel and are assembled using TIG welding without the use of filler metal, creating a single, seamless, and highly resistant body. The solid, non-replaceable cartridge is a highly compact block of molecular sieves which, combined with a special type of felt, provides the necessary mechanical filtration, offering minimal resistance to fluid motion, thus improving dehydration efficiency.
