D-LINK FAST ETHERNET TO USB2.0 ADAPTER

The DUB-E100 is a USB 2.0 to Ethernet/Fast Ethernet 10/100Mbps network adapter with RJ45 connector. Designed according to the new high-speed USB 2.0 specification, the DUB-E100 can be connected to any computer or notebook with a USB port and running Microsoft Windows XP, Millennium, 2000 or 98se operating systems and converts your USB interface into a 10/100Mbps Ethernet or Fast Ethernet LAN network interface.

Installation
As with any other USB device, the DUB-E100 eliminates the need to install and use ISA, PCI, or PC Cards to add LAN connectivity to your computer or notebook. This adapter eliminates the need to open the computer's chassis to install the network card, and it resolves IRQ conflicts that can occasionally cause problems when you have a lot of peripherals installed in your computer.

Connection
The DUB-E100 features a standard RJ45 connector on the LAN side, and a standard type 'B' connector on the USB port side for connecting the adapter to your computer or notebook. Furthermore, the adapter does not require any external power supply as it is self-powered by the computer's USB port.
