Thanks to the high 4K resolution (3840 x 2160 pixels), the EV2740X model offers four times the resolution of a normal Full HD screen (1080 pixels) and guarantees extremely sharp and detailed images.
4K resolution offers those who use complex spreadsheets or multi-screen modes on a daily basis more space, allowing them to view multiple large windows on a single screen.
CAD, office and multimedia applications – The FlexScan EV2740X with 4K Ultra HD high definition supports your work with incredibly realistic visual quality. Text and graphics on the 27-inch screen will be rendered at a native resolution of 3840 x 2160 (4K UHD) pixels and a pixel density of 163 ppi in an absolutely accurate and crystal-clear manner.
The monitor boasts a winning triple combination: a high resolution of 3840 x 2160 (4K UHD) pixels, a maximum contrast ratio of 2000:1, and stable brightness of up to 350 cd/m². This means sharp edges, vivid graphics, and detailed, sharp images. Thanks to the IPS panel with LED backlighting, color and brightness remain stable from every perspective.
An image is only perfect if the colors are perfect. EIZO monitors have a color look-up table (LUT) of at least 10 bits. This allows color information to be assigned more precisely and accurately than with a monitor with an 8-bit look-up table. Transitions are extremely fine, and the available color gamut is much wider. Additionally, it is possible to make custom settings, for example, the white point from 4000 to 10,000 Kelvin (K) in 500 K increments, without any loss of quality.
