The quad-core 1.7GHz TS-932PX fits nine drive bays into the size of a 5-bay NAS. With five 3.5-inch SATA 6Gb/s drive bays and four 2.5-inch SATA 6Gb/s bays, the TS-932PX offers the ability to build a hybrid HDD/SSD infrastructure to boost application performance. With two 10GbE SFP+ and two 2.5GbE LAN ports, the TS-932PX supports next-generation networks to empower bandwidth-demanding applications and provide smoother file access and sharing.
Energy-efficient quad-core processor
Powered by a 64-bit quad-core 1.7GHz ARM Cortex-A57 processor and 4GB DDR4 RAM (expandable to 16GB), the TS-932PX is highly energy-efficient and does not impact system or application performance.
High-speed 10GbE and 2.5GbE network connectivity
The TS-932PX includes two 10GbE SFP+ and two 2.5GbE RJ45 LAN ports, providing out-of-the-box support for high-speed networks and supporting port trunking and failover to enhance network infrastructure. QNAP also offers various other high-speed networking solutions, including 10GbE/2.5GbE managed/unmanaged switches and network adapters, allowing you to build a cost-effective high-speed network environment.
Improve NAS performance with 2.5" SATA SSDs
SSDs can significantly improve NAS performance without requiring a heavy investment. The TS-932PX supports SSD cache technology, Qtier auto-tiering, and SSD over-provisioning to help balance storage performance, storage allocation, and IT expenses.
Protect important data with snapshots
Snapshots record the NAS system status and metadata, and can be used to quickly restore files to a previously recorded state if they are accidentally deleted or modified, or if the system is compromised by ransomware. QNAP snapshots are block-based and only record the changed data. They not only save storage space but also reduce the time required for data backup and restoration. The TS-932PX supports up to 256 snapshots per NAS and up to 64 snapshots per volume or LUN.
Multi-point file backup, access, and synchronization
The TS-932PX supports common file sharing protocols (including SMB/CIFS, AFP, and NFS) for Windows®, Mac®, and Linux®/UNIX® devices. Paired with Qsync (a utility that turns a QNAP NAS into a safe, high-capacity data center for file synchronization), any file uploaded to the TS-932PX becomes available for all linked devices (such as computers, laptops, and mobile devices). Hybrid Backup Sync helps you easily back up or synchronize data on the TS-932PX to another QNAP NAS, remote server, or cloud storage (including Microsoft One Drive®, Google Drive, and Dropbox®) for disaster recovery.
Intelligent AI photo management
QuMagie integrates QuMagie Core AI image recognition technology for facial recognition, subject identification, and geotagging. Similar photos are categorized into the People, Places, and Things albums. QuMagie also features a built-in timeline scrolling, customizable folder covers, iOS® Live Photo viewing, and powerful search tools, offering an advanced photo management and sharing solution.

Secure remote access to QNAP NAS
Use myQNAPcloud Link to access, share, download, and manage files stored on your on-premises NAS over the Internet. You can also use a QVPN device client managed via QNAP's proprietary QBelt protocol to easily connect to the TS-932PX and use the metering tools to view VPN connection speeds and connection history.
