The Imou A1 - 2MP is an indoor security camera with PTZ function; 350-degree pan, 90-degree tilt, and 16x digital zoom. This security camera offers detailed images thanks to its 2MP video resolution (Full HD, 1080P). The A1 is easy to install; simply download the Imou Life app and follow the steps. The A1 also has infrared night vision up to 10 meters and the camera features full-duplex two-way talk (hear and talk). It also notifies the camera when motion or abnormal sounds are detected. Installation materials, including anchors and a mounting plate, are included. The A1 security camera has a privacy mode, in which the lens disappears into the camera housing to ensure your privacy. This motorized PTZ camera ensures that no corner of the living space is left uncovered.
Image quality
Thanks to its 2 MP lens (Full HD, 1080P), this security camera offers excellent image quality with a resolution of 1920 x 1080. H.265 image compression technology ensures high-quality recordings that take up relatively little space and therefore require less bandwidth. This allows for optimal use of available storage space and bandwidth.
Night vision and two-way talk
The Imou A1 camera features infrared night vision, which provides clear grayscale images in low or no light. Combined with the spotlight, this security camera offers optimal security even at night. Additionally, the camera offers the option
Two-way conversation. With this feature, you can both listen in and respond verbally to what's happening. This 2-megapixel camera has a built-in siren that sounds when motion is detected.
Installation
Download the Imou Life app (iOS, Android, or Windows) and create an Imou account. After logging in, select the "+" icon in the top right corner of the Imou app to add a camera. Scan the QR code on the camera and follow the in-app instructions. Then select your Wi-Fi network (2.4 GHz) and make sure the camera is close to your router during setup. The camera will be ready for use in no time. You can choose the Imou Cloud service for image recording, as well as for local storage using a MicroSD card or an Imou NVR.
