DESCRIPTION:

Euroacque ECO boiler protection kit consisting of a polyphosphate dispenser, dirt separator and neutraliser useful for protecting the boiler from the acid condensation produced by condensing boilers.

- POLYPHOSPHATE DISPENSER

A polyphosphate and silicate dispenser is a device designed to protect boilers, water heaters, washing machines, and dishwashers from the buildup of limescale and scale that compromise their proper operation and longevity. When a polyphosphate and silicate dispenser is installed on the flow pipes of a boiler (or other water-using devices), its slow release of polyphosphates and silicates creates a film on the pipes that protects them from limescale buildup and therefore corrosion; this is particularly useful in hard or very hard water. Therefore, its installation on all household appliances that use water is highly recommended.

- MUD SEPARATOR

A dirt separator is a device that performs the important function of protecting wall-mounted condensing boilers by filtering the water. It is installed on the heating circuit return line before the water returns to the boiler and traps impurities in the circuit. In addition to extending the life of the boiler, it significantly increases the efficiency of the heating system, improves the performance of the entire system, and helps keep radiator valves and lockshields clean (it is recommended that the dirt separator be used in conjunction with thermostatic valves). Using a dirt separator also allows for significant savings on gas consumption because the boiler will always heat clean water.

It is recommended to install the dirt separator during the system activation phase or in any case at the same time as replacing an old boiler with a new condensing one.

- NEUTRALIZER

Installed downstream of the condensate drain of condensing boilers to prevent corrosion. The condensate produced by exhaust fumes before expulsion has a low pH and is therefore highly acidic due to the carbon dioxide produced during combustion. It is therefore corrosive and dangerous for domestic wastewater systems. The Euroacque neutralizer allows the acidic condensate to pass through the calcium carbonate charge, which neutralizes it, increasing the pH to >6, allowing for safe drainage.

• Integrated by-pass valve allows for quick shut-off of water flow for cartridge changes.

Dispenser supplied complete with key and one polyphosphate salt cartridge. Polyphosphate dispensers are anti-limescale and anti-corrosion filters for boilers, water heaters, washing machines, and dishwashers. They operate based on automatic and proportional dosing of the polyphosphate, with binding and filtering action, capable of:

• Prevent calcium carbonate deposits, i.e. limescale;
• Form a protective film on the internal surface of the pipes preventing corrosion.

Polyphosphate is the largest food-grade polymer that naturally prevents limescale buildup, preventing pipe clogging and extending the life of boilers and water heaters. It prevents residue buildup in pipes, protecting all equipment from failure: pipes, showers, faucets, boilers, water heaters, and washing machines, while also saving energy. The polyphosphate cartridge is suitable for all dispensers. Complies with EEC regulations and is suitable for food use.
