The valves are 100% individually tested with a digital machine and are accompanied by an instruction booklet with an explanation of the markings, installation and maintenance instructions.

GOOD WELDING IS ALSO SAFE!

All gas and flame backflows are caused by an imbalance between the mixture's output velocity and the combustion rate. Our valves prevent gas and flame backflow during welding.
In compliance with the European standard EN 730-1, valves must include:

• the valve model
• the name or abbreviation of the manufacturer
• the number of the reference standard (EN 730-1)
• the functions performed by the valve (FA for flame arrester, NV for gas return)
• the type of gas (abbreviation) for which the valve was designed

USE:

Depending on the model, they should be used on pressure reducers, along flexible hoses (hose-to-hose models), or on torch handles. Typically, the most appropriate use involves one valve for each gas on the pressure reducer and one on the torch handle, or, in place of the latter, one along the hoses at a maximum distance of 1 m from the torch.
