COPPER PIPE CHARACTERISTICS:
Annealed ACR (R220), mechanical characteristics, dimensions, tolerances and eccentricities compliant with the UNI EN 12735-1 standard.
Suitable for use with R407C and R410A refrigerants, internal cleaning and dehumidification with inert gas with a maximum overall residue of 0.034 g/m2 and sealed ends as per ASTM B280.

Coating
Insulating sheath made of closed-cell physically cross-linked expanded polyethylene with the following technical values:
• thermal conductivity at 40°C ? ? 0.040 W/m*K
• water vapour diffusion resistance factor (anti-condensation) ? ? 10000
• fire reaction class 1
• operating temperature -80°/+120°C
• does not contain CFCs

External film in white extruded polyethylene (LDPE), added with flame retardant, adheres to the foam in order to guarantee a high level of anti-condensation, excellent resistance to abrasions and tears.

FEATURES OF EXTERNAL UNIT SUPPORTS/BASES:

The floor supports are made of rigid, shock-resistant PVC, are resistant to high temperatures, and allow for quick installation while maintaining a high level of aesthetics. Suitable for all air conditioning models, they have a load capacity of 140 kg. Their unique honeycomb structure provides anti-vibration protection and is quick and easy to install. They are equipped with galvanized bolts and nuts for attachment to the condensing unit.

FEATURES OF SELF-FLAPSING FITTINGS:

The metal seal and operating pressure of up to 140 bar make this product particularly suitable for refrigeration and air conditioning systems operating with new low environmental impact refrigerants for connecting pipes, valves, tanks and line components in general.
The bite ring acts like a vice on the outer surface of the pipe to resist pressure and form an effective seal.
