DESCRIPTION:

Triple action: bacteriostatic + dechlorination + clarification

Microfilter cartridges for clean, odor-free, taste-free drinking water every day. Reduces chlorine, tastes, odors, and other harmful contaminants, and protects equipment from blockages by clarifying and filtering water, reducing dirt/rust, particles up to 0.5 microns, and harmful contaminants such as Cryptosporidium cysts and Giardia. Equipped with a Carbon Block + silver ion structure to eliminate unwanted odors and tastes, reduce chlorine, and provide bacteriostatic action. Install vertically with the cartridge facing down. Leave 6.35 cm (2.5”) of free space under the cartridge to facilitate replacement. Purge the cartridge for 5 minutes at maximum water flow. Replace the cartridge regularly every 12 months as scheduled preventative maintenance, or when capacity has been reached or if the outlet pressure is less than 0.7 bar (10 psi).
