CHARACTERISTICS:

R449A is a blend of hydrofluorocarbons and hydroolefins (HFC + HFO), composed of R134a + R1234yf + R125 + R32, which can find various applications in commercial and industrial refrigeration as a replacement for R404A and R507. R449A is a non-flammable refrigerant classified A1. R449A is used in the operation of cold rooms, refrigerated counters, refrigerated display cases, ice cream and ice machines, and water coolers. From an environmental standpoint, R449A is a gas with a low GWP of 1397 and an ODP of 0.
