CHARACTERISTICS:

R448A is a blend of hydrofluorocarbons and hydroolefins (HFC + HFO), composed of R32 + R125 + R134a + R1234yf + R1234ze, which can find various applications in commercial and industrial refrigeration as a replacement for R404A and R507. R448A is a non-flammable refrigerant classified A1. R448A is used in the operation of cold rooms, refrigerated counters, refrigerated display cases, ice cream and ice machines, and water coolers. From an environmental standpoint, R448A is a gas with a low GWP of 1387 and an ODP of 0.
