SERVICE TROLLEY FOR WASHING AND LEAK DETECTION

COMPOSED OF:

• Tank and washing gun
• Painted sheet metal trolley with 4 swivel wheels
• 2.2 L nitrogen cylinder
• 2.2 L Azoidro cylinder
• Adapter M1/4 SAE x M1234yf - M12x1.5
• Pressure regulator 20 BAR
• HP 1/4 SAE quick coupling with tap
• HP quick coupling with tap
• Manometer with tube
• 1.5 m hose FxF 1/4 SAE 180°

OPERATION:

WASHING

Collect the gas and oil using the refill station and disconnect the system. Fill the tank with flushing fluid and connect it to the compressed air system. Place the rubber cone on the system and proceed with flushing.

DRYING

Connect this kit with the Nitrogen cylinder to the air conditioning system by placing the rubber cone and dispense the gas for faster and more efficient drying.

LOSS DETECTION

Connect this kit to the nitrogen/hydrogen cylinder in the air conditioning system and supply the gas. Use an electronic leak detector to check for any potential leaks.
