During prolonged operation of the vacuum pump, the effect of oil atomization may occur.

Leaking oil from the pump causes the internal oil level to drop, causing annoying smoke to emit into the environment, and causing external contamination of the pump itself.

To overcome this, an oil separator filter can be installed on the pump without any modifications.

Remove the existing cap on the crankcase and install the separator filter directly.

In addition to preventing the release of smoke into the environment, it stops the oil from leaking, causing it to return to the pump casing itself.

To install the oil separator filter on pumps with solenoid and vacuum gauge, it is necessary to rotate the unit outwards by approximately 30°.
