The app can satisfy different types of customers such as:

• Families: Different users can be set up, for example, each child can only manage their own room. In second homes, this can be remotely pre-cooled or pre-heated. Or simply turned off remotely if someone forgets and leaves the system on.
• Multi-tenant owner: Manage multiple sites, up to 200 units, with a single smartphone. Know the consumption of each location and access error codes remotely for faster and better maintenance.
• Small and medium-sized offices: The owner can easily control different office rooms and grant staff access to the utilities. It also provides information on where heating and cooling energy is being wasted and promotes best comfort practices.

Panasonic Comfort Cloud also stores the energy consumption* of each unit, which can then be displayed in simple and powerful statistical graphs. This feature is available from the TKE and UKE generations.
