Copper Pipe Features
ACR Cu-DHP 99.90 min. annealed copper (R220) seamless. Mechanical properties, dimensions, tolerances and eccentricity according to EN 12735-1 . Internal cleaning and dehumidification with inert gas, carbon residue <0.34 mg/dm2 and ends sealed with caps as per ASTM B280.

Insulation Features
Insulating sheath in extruded expanded polyethylene, seamless, closed-cell with a very high resistance factor to the diffusion of water vapour (anti-condensation ? 15000) and Class 1 fire behaviour. The expansion of the polyethylene occurs without the use of CFCs and HCFCs which are harmful to health and the environment, as required by European Regulation EEC/EU 2037/2000.
Thermal conductivity at 40°C ? 0.40 W/m*K
Operating temperature -80°/+100°C
To prevent the PE from crystallizing when exposed to sunlight, the insulating sheath is protected by a silver-grey LDPE film in the outdoor installation areas. This film absorbs UV radiation while maintaining its insulating properties. The UV-blocking additive does not interfere with the environmentally friendly, halogen-free flame retardant contained in the LDPE film.

Fields of use
Specifically designed for air conditioning systems and the transport of refrigerant gases R407C , R410A , and R32 . Due to its particular characteristics, it is suitable for geographical areas with high solar radiation.
