CHARACTERISTICS:

The solid core is chemically inert. The FGR48 solid core is composed of 100% type 3A molecular sieve in solid form, obtained by pressing granules with a special glue and firing them at 180°C, eliminating any trace of moisture. The use of 100% molecular sieve makes the solid core compatible with any freon gas and freon-forming hydrocarbons and allows for maximum moisture absorption even at high temperatures, which would not be possible with the addition of silica gel and activated alumina. The FGR 48 solid core absorbs certain acidic solutions caused by lubricating oil. To facilitate interchangeability with the major manufacturers currently on the market, the required dimensions have been respected. The FGR48 solid core is supplied in individual, hermetically sealed packaging for long-term shelf life.
