Characteristics:

RectorSeal (Houston, TX – USA) presents a new accessory that allows a single operator to safely install a Mini Split, without the assistance of a second person. It's called the Mighty Bracket and, as the name suggests, it acts as a support arm for installers, allowing them to complete the installation themselves.

The application

How do you keep your mini-split unit securely in place while installing the refrigerant lines, condensate line, and electrical connections? The answer is in 10 simple steps:

• • Attach the Mighty BracketTM hooks to the tabs on the mounting bracket (see illustration).
  • Place the support feet (with protective rubber) against the wall.
  • Position the brackets horizontally through the level adjustment PIN.
  • Lift the blocks, located at the end of the support arm, to ensure that the unit cannot slip.
  • Place guards on the blocks to protect the split.
  • Place the unit securely on the support arms.
  • Connect the refrigerant gas lines.
  • Connect the condensate drain line and the power supply.
  • Carefully push the splitter into the bracket and secure it to the bracket.
  • When you are sure that the split is well anchored to the wall, carefully remove Mighty Bracket and
