SINGLE-COMPONENT POLYURETHANE FOAM

DESCRIPTION:

It is a single-component, flame-retardant polyurethane foam that hardens with air humidity and provides good sound and thermal insulation.

• Volume: 33-38 (freely frothed) (750 ml)

• Foam density: 22-26 kg/m³

• Application temperature: min. +5°C (surface), 20-25°C (can)

• Crosslinking time: 5-10 min.

• Cutting time: 20-25 min.

• Drying time: 1.5-5 hours, depending on temperature and humidity from -40°C to +90°C

• Dimensional stability: max. ± 5%

• Water absorption: max. 1 vol. %

• Compressive strength: 0.04-0.05 MPa

• Tensile strength: 0.12-0.14 MPa

• Elongation at break: 15-20%

• Thermal conductivity: 0.039 W/(m K) at 20°C

• Flammability class: B1

APPLICATIONS:

It is used in the construction industry for sealing, filling, insulating, assembling and installing (electrical installations, wall cracks, fire doors, vaults, etc.), especially when greater resistance to combustion is required.
