The FRITZ!Powerline 1260E WLAN Set Edition International turns every power outlet into a fast and secure gigabit network connection. Gigabit Powerline with up to 1200 Mbit/s and state-of-the-art 2 x 2 MIMO technology now achieves significantly more stable connections, greater ranges, and higher throughput. This pair also provides a wireless AC+N access point with up to 1266 Mbit/s for wirelessly connecting smartphones, tablets, and notebooks to the home network. This set thus allows even the most demanding broadband applications to be enjoyed in every corner of the house.

Gigabit Powerline

The FRITZ!Powerline 1260E WLAN Set reliably connects devices such as computers, televisions, or game consoles to your home network via ultra-fast gigabit LAN, even over considerable distances. Connecting to the network via the power line allows you to bridge considerable distances and obstacles such as walls and ceilings. Compared to Powerline adapters in the 500 and 200 Mbit/s categories, the FRITZ!Powerline 1260E offers significantly higher transmission capacity and more stable connections, along with greater energy efficiency. This allows you to run multiple bandwidth-intensive applications simultaneously.

Fast Wireless AC+N

The FRITZ!Powerline 1260E adapter in the set extends the wireless network in your home network at gigabit speeds. This allows you to easily, securely, and flexibly extend your wireless network via Powerline, even in rooms far from the router. The set is ready for Mesh WiFi in combination with an installed FRITZ!Box. With maximum security thanks to WPA2 encryption, easy connection of wireless devices via WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup), and data rates of up to 866 Mbit/s (Wi-Fi AC) + 400 Mbit/s (Wi-Fi N), the FRITZ!Powerline 1260E WLAN Set offers unsurpassed flexibility and convenience for wireless surfing.

Powerful 2 x 2 MIMO technology

The FRITZ!Powerline 1260E WLAN Set is ideal for bandwidth-intensive applications such as HD video streaming (including 3D) as well as fast Internet access, online gaming, web TV, NAS connectivity, and video on demand. Even large distances between devices do not impair transmission quality. By using two wire pairs simultaneously, 2 x 2 MIMO technology achieves up to 60% greater range in the electrical wiring. If both wire pairs cannot be used simultaneously, automatic selection of the most suitable wire pair (diversity) ensures stable Powerline transmission.

Simple and secure ex-works A distinctive feature of FRITZ!Powerline products is their integrated, custom encryption, allowing them to be put into operation immediately with all the necessary security. As soon as the FRITZ!Powerline devices are connected to the appropriate outlets and, using a LAN cable, to the FRITZ!Box and the devices to be connected, the Powerline network is available with custom 128-bit AES encryption (Plug & Play). The FRITZ!Powerline 1260E WLAN Set is compatible with current devices in the 1200, 500, and 200 Mbit/s categories. Updates are easy to perform with the FRITZ!Powerline software or via the FRITZ!Box user interface.
