Cillit-55 is used to protect against limescale build-up and corrosion, as well as to gradually restore the following hydraulic systems and circuits:

• open process water distribution circuits in the industrial field

Cillit-55 is also used to protect a wide range of hot and cold water plumbing systems from limescale buildup and corrosion. Plumbing systems and circuits that are already encrusted or contain corrosion residues are gradually rehabilitated. The rehabilitative process depends on the condition of the system, the quality and form of the existing scale, as well as the type of corrosion, its severity, and its stage of progression.
Cillit-55 is a carefully measured and studied combination of ortho and sodium polyphosphates of prescribed purity for use in the food industry.
Cillit-55 is a product with a high hardness-stabilizing capacity and is used to protect hot and cold water production and distribution systems from scale. Cillit-55 is also used to protect systems from corrosion and to rehabilitate old systems that are already encrusted or corroded. The duration of the rehabilitative process depends on the condition of the system, the amount of scale present, as well as the presence and progression of existing corrosion.
Sanitary water network rehabilitation operations require careful monitoring of the systems (periodic water analyses, the installation of inspection pipes, etc. are recommended).
